Guarantees

If your merchandise does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned within 30 days for replacement or refund. Returned product must be in good, resalable condition in the original packaging. Please contact customer service at 1-800-840-2641 for a return authorization number and instructions. All returns will require the original sales receipt. Products bought at a retail store must be returned to that retailer.

Changes and Substitutions

Due to manufacturing needs, timing, and availability, we reserve the right to change fabrics, trim, accessories, and prices when necessary. Our changes will not affect the artistic, historic, or design integrity of the product.

Backorders

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the backorder status. You will have the option of confirming the backorder or canceling and reordering at a later time.

Delivery

All orders are shipped by standard UPS ground delivery. If you need rush delivery, please specify that when you order.

Miscellaneous

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Venue on any disputes arising hereunder will be at Bexar County, Texas.
